The programme is organised by a multidisciplinary group of professionals, formed in 1994 and comprising epidemiologists, pathologists, geneticists, biologists, computer engineers, technicians, research support specialists, project manager and administrators, brought together by epidemiological research on the causes, diagnosis and prevention of cancer.
